Jean has a sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and the intuitive hands of an experienced massage therapist. She combines energy healing (Reiki and Qi Gong), with Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Releasing and Trigger Point Therapy, among other techniques. She believes in the body's natural ability to heal itself. In addition to hands-on work, Jean teaches deep breathing, stress relief techniques and other fundamentals of good health in her sessions. She also is a Qi Gong instructor and Reiki Master. She is the co-founder and owner of SABA.

Nate combines styles for relaxation, stress reduction and better circulation (Swedish & Sports-style); he offers specific myofascial treatment (deep tissue & injury work), and guided relaxation. He likes to strategize stress management, emphasize breathing, postural awareness, and stretching, and make referrals. Nate is fascinated with understanding the mind/body's many ways of communicating; he views touch as a gift and massage an opportunity for change. Nate graduated in 1998 from the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle.

Brenneke (1997) Bastyr University (1996.) Ted's mind-body oriented massage style is a hybrid of Swedish massage and advanced trainings in Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, Neuromuscular Release, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Technique, Reiki and Lomi Lomi. Ted focuses on neck pain, back pain and areas of blocked energy while working with you through education and self-awareness. Heather has been a Massage Practitioner and Doula since 1994 and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor since 1995. A graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage, Heather specializes in pre- and post-natal massage as well as deep tissue, injury treatment, craniosacral, NMT, and Acutonics. Heather holds a BA in Psychology/Speech Communication. Her gentle blend of humor, nurturing, technique and skill combine to create customized treatments to meet the needs of every client. Heather enjoys helping people find their way to leading healthy and balanced lives.

Michelle studied biology and massage therapy in Northern California. She offers massage for general wellness, abdominal massage, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, and deep tissue work. She uses close observation and an intuitive touch to create individualized, relaxing sessions. Michelle strives to create a safe, nurturing environment, which supports the natural healing process. She hopes to help everyone she works with to either maintain their good health or regain the ability to dance, garden, or complete everyday tasks without pain.

Darrell studied at Seattle Massage School and has had advanced training in a wide variety of techniques, focusing on a holistic and customized approach to wellness. He creates a nurturing, healing environment for all of his clients. Darrell specializes in injury treatment, chronic tension relief, sports massage, Daucik Method and relaxation. Darrell's goal is to promote the ability to move through life with less pain and greater mobility.

Trained in Germany where she worked in an orthopedic clinic, Petra's background includes stroke rehabilitation, MS treatment, rehabilitation after heart attack, and connective tissue massage. Her main focus now is in therapeutic massage, including myofascial release, soft tissue release, and lymphatic modalities. She also does pregnancy massage and post-surgical breast massage. Her goal is to help speed up the healing process in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Wendy received her Masters in Acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1998. She trained in maternity acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Richard Tan Balance Method, and Manaka Ion Pumping Cords. She completed four levels of Acutonics training--a needle-free system using tuning forks and other sound tools to stimulate acupuncture points. Wendy is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist through Michael Shea PhD and the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings. Working with needles, sound tools and gentle hands, Wendy's intention is to create a safe, supportive, spacious environment which allows your nervous system to decompress, the body to relax, and the inherent flow of energy and healing potential within to express itself.

Cynthia combines deep tissue massage with myofascial and trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, hydrotherapy and sports massage. She offers massage for well-being and relaxation with a focus on musculoskeletal injury treatment as well as prevention. She works to promote the body's natural healing ability while minimizing discomfort, pain and unneeded stress. Cynthia was a dancer with The Washington Ballet in Washington D.C., obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the American University in Cairo, and is a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle.

Claire GuYu Johnson grew up in China in a family of taichi, herbal medicine, acupuncture and qigong practitioners. Founder and executive director of The ZY Qigong Institute and Image Therapy Clinic, she teaches and heals throughout the US, Canada and China. Claire is the founding designer of the Image Therapy Professional Training Program that trains healers from all over North America. In her Image Therapy practice, Claire works with people of all ages including infants, assisting in their comprehensive healing through changing negative patterns in their inter-connected physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual anatomies.

Talitha has been a massage practitioner since 2002, when she graduated from Ashmead College in Seattle. She has also worked as a doula for several years doing labor support and prenatal and postpartum massage. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Injury treatment such as whiplash and on-the-job injuries. She also enjoys integrating Lomi Lomi and Thai massage into her methods, as well as hot stone massage for a rejuvenating and refreshing difference. Talitha enjoys teaching people about posture and balance in addition to educating on how to maintain this body. She values touching one life at a time to make a difference in the world.

Early in his life, Solo played soccer and engaged in competitive wrestling. At the same time, he studied Martial Arts, eventually becoming a student of Choy Li Fut, a Kung Fu style. His early athletic experience and study of Martial Arts led him to a unique understanding of the mechanics of the human body. He applies this knowledge and understanding to his work in training and shaping the musculoskeletal system to increase the body's mechanical efficiency and stability. Eastern medicine has had a strong influence on his education. Solo was certified in Second Degree Reiki in 1999; he started practicing Chi Nei Tsang in 2003 and Tui Na in 2006. In 2007 he began the study of ZY Qigong Image Therapy and is enrolled in the Qigong Tui Na program presented by Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.
